Well, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. Our hearts are in the right place but we are not doing ourselves any favors. This retreat is a reminder of how a little focus on you goes a long way.
I have always been a fitness lover, yoga advocate and keenly interested in nutrition. I changed my professional direction from corporate retail planning to teaching yoga & meditation full time after healing myself from a true case of #BURNOUT.
I had a complicated case of adrenal exhaustion, imbalanced hormones & celiac disease. I understand the stresses of balancing work, family & social obligations when you don't feel well.
I truly found magic in balancing my body mind & spirit through yoga. I tried many other approaches but most didn't work and if they did it was expensive to sustain and required a lot of supplements.
I plan to share my approach to wellness with Yoga with as many people as possible. Sharing real life tools that make an impactful difference to how you feel and function.
I'm Canadian and a certified instructor under Yoga Alliance, Svastha Yoga & Yoga Rocks. I've taught yoga in both Bali and Toronto. I own a Wellness company, WELLOGA, offering virtual wellness courses & online yoga instruction. We make sure busy people have wellness too .
I believe we are all unique in what we need. Instead of positioning myself as your coach I want to show you how you can be your own teacher. So you can leave here feeling more like yourself again
